Returns Policy
Custom Steel Parts
All custom steel parts are manufactured on pre-order sales to eliminate the natural corrosion rate that will occur in storage.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you placed the order.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the order cancellation.
Merchandise
Zero return or exchange on worn/washed items.
Our items undergo a double Quality Control Process therefore no returns or exchanges will be accepted on this basis. Please reach out to us about any issues by email: support@seriesranch.com
All refunds or exchanges must occur within 30 days of your order date. For pre-order sales, returns or exchanges must be made 15 days after receipt of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
If you are exchanging any product from our store for another product from our store, you are responsible for the return cost of the exchanged product.
